How to bring up login screens on Wi-Fi hotspots when nothing happens amd you can't surf

Have you ever connected to a Wi-Fi network but when you try to bring up a webpage, you get an error?

Chances are the network requires a hard authorization which basically means a page for you to agree to the terms of using the hotspot.
Usually this page will automatically load but sometimes for whatever reason, it fails to load.

There's a simple solution that works the majority of the time.  Type in the browser address bar 1.1.1.1 and hit enter.  If this doesnt bring up the log on screen, then try disconnecting from the network and reconnecting.  It also helps to close your browser and open it again.
